1.5 c., Quaker Life cereal
.5 c., Grape Nuts cereal
1.5 c., soymilk (store brand)
1 slice of 12-grain toast with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray butter
8 oz. coffee

Water - 34 oz.

Chicken (fried) sandwich, with bacon, cheese, 1,000 Island dressing.
Seasoned french fries (fairly large order)
Honeycrisp apple

8 oz. Ghiradelli hot cocoa with two large marshmallows
1 oz., Cadbury dark chocolate

Water - 8 oz.

2 c., lentils, cheese, tomatoes and carrots.
1 slice of whole wheat bread
2 crescent rolls
