2 slices, whole wheat toast with Smuckers simply fruit (strawberry) spread
1 c., oatmeal with 2 tbsp brown sugar
1 egg and cheddar cheese sandwich on whole wheat toast

12 roasted and salted pumpkin seeds

4 c., nachos - beef, yellow corn chips, Kraft Mexican shredded cheese, black olives, green peppers, tomato, Herdez salsa verde, sour cream.
12 oz., orange-mango-peach juice

Water - 12 oz.

4 slices of supreme pizza
Water - 20 oz.

2 c., tiramisu
4 oz., Turkish coffee

Water - 24 oz.
