Water - 12 oz.

Bruegger's bagel (plain)
1 tsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray
8 oz. half-caff coffee
6 oz. orange juice

3 scotcheroos (Sunbutter)

1 cup krispy rice cereal (store brand)
1 cup cow's milk

Broccoli cheese soup ( 2 cups)
1 cup potatoes

Water - 24 oz.

Padh Thai - rice, seasoning, tofu, peas (about 2 cups)

Water - 12 oz.

1/4 cup Edy's caramel delight ice cream
