1/4 cup Post Grape Nuts cereal
1/3 cup Post Honey Bunches of Oats with Cinnamon Clusters cereal
1 cup soymilk, store brand

1 Pillsbury crescent roll with chocolate chips added inside

Kraft cheese and shell pasta
2 small triangles of chicken/cheese/onion quesadillas
12 oz. Coke
Water - 10 oz.

12 oz. Diet Coke

Cheese Runza (cabbage burger)
Regular french fries
24 oz. lemonade

12 oz. vanilla shake

2 beers

Water 24 oz.
